The BSU and local communities are invited to the Black
History Month Student Academic Showcase, Thursday, Feb. 26th, from 11-1:45,
in the DMF Auditorium. We'll have 12 in-person presentations and a free catered
lunch amidst more students' posters of their research on display in the atrium.
Students' research in global Black Studies are from a variety of fields
(History, English, and Latin American, Latine/x and Caribbean Studies). This
event is organized and sponsored by the African Studies Program, African
American Studies Program, Pedro Pires Institute of Cape Verdean Studies, and
Latin American, Latine/x, and Caribbean Studies Program.
